1. Who we are
Nile Agri Source ("we", "us") exports agricultural products from Egypt. We are responsible for the personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at the contact details in section 9.
2. What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form we receive:
- your name and email address;
- the enquiry type you choose and the message you write;
- if you prepared an export brief, the product family, requirements, destination, number of containers, packaging and timing you entered;
- the website language you used, so we can reply in it.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) in server logs to keep the site secure and working. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
3. Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry and prepare any quotation you ask for (steps taken at your request before a possible contract);
- to send you an automatic confirmation that we received your enquiry;
- to keep a record of our business correspondence and to protect the website against abuse (our legitimate interests);
- to meet legal and tax obligations where they apply.
We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we never sell your data.
4. Who can see it
Your enquiry is stored in our website database and emailed to our export team. We share it only with providers that run these services for us (website hosting and email delivery), or with authorities when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to answer them and manage any business relationship that follows, and delete them when they are no longer needed for that or for our legal obligations.
6. Cookies
This website only uses cookies that are needed for it to work:
- csrftoken: protects our forms against misuse;
- django_language: remembers the language you choose (kept for one year);
- sessionid and messages: carry your export brief to the enquiry form and show confirmation messages.
Our fonts and images are served from our own website, so no third party receives your visit.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union or United Kingdom), you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format.
